Description of sheeshe: Sheeshe is an Urdu word meaning "glass," referring to a transparent, brittle material used for windows, bottles, or decorative objects. Unlike metals, which are opaque and malleable, sheeshe shatters easily under impact. Differs from paani, or water, as it is solid and reflective rather than fluid. In Urdu poetry, sheeshe evokes fragility, like a lover's heart breaking like glass in ghazals by Ghalib.
