Kafeel Aazar Amrohvi was born in 1940 in Amroha, a town known for producing some of the most distinguished Urdu poets. Drawn to poetry from an early age, he found his place in Mumbai, where his words reached both literary gatherings and wider audiences through ghazal singing.
